I’m not gonna lie, I make some pretty awesome popcorn. Ask my friends, they will tell you. And I’m not one of those people who keeps recipes and cooking techniques under lock and key, because that’s silly. I want to be able to spread the joy of popcorn across the land.

So this may look like a lot of work at first, but it’s totally 100% worth it. Microwave popcorn tastes like sadness, and air popped popcorn is pretty good, but it can be kind of dry and a little bland. Stove popped is just perfection!

Recipe note: If you like sweet popcorn, just replace the vegetable oil with canola oil
