Sometimes a song is too serious to be taken seriously.
This was originally planned to be a serious video with no humor whatsoever, but when we arrived on set to start filming we realized how hilariously joyless the song was. A straightforward music video matching the tone of the song would be near unwatchable. Let’s just say that things got a little out of hand with the green screen…
While making this video, we knew that the most important thing to make it look good was our lighting setup. The built in studio lights already do a great job of lighting the green screen, making it evenly lit when on camera. Our focus was on correctly lighting the people. With the use of some LEDs and some FloLights, we were able to brightly light our characters so that we could get a clean separation between them and the green screen.
