800. That’s the number flu shots that were given away last year. There are more than 24,000 students at Weber State. That means only about 3% of students took advantage of the free flu shots on campus. Now granted, many students are not on campus regularly and some may have paid for flu shots or taken advantage of other opportunities. However, I think many more students should get flu shots.
My wife came up with this video idea and stars in it. To make the video, I literally just walked into the health clinic on campus and talked to the main secretary. She thought it was a great idea, so I went for it.
My favorite shot is the one where you can see her pulling the fluid into the syringe–it’s colorful and the pull to focus worked out well.
